Research Programs with Universities
The Montréal Exchange wishes to develop ties with the Canadian academic community to favor the exchange of information and knowledge relative to derivatives products. To this effect, the Exchange wishes to develop a network of qualified partners who, thanks to their academic approach, will realize research studies involving the products of the Exchange.
The Exchange also proposes internship and intervention programs offering students the possibility to be involved in the financial derivatives field. The Exchange relies on qualified personnel who work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, using the finest market models, practices and information systems relating to derivatives products. The Exchange also relies on an expert laboratory of knowledge, its Training Department, which develops and offers highly specialized financial courses.
In this perspective, the Montréal Exchange presents below a brief outlook of the opportunities of exchange between the Exchange and the universities as well as the conditions of these exchanges.
