Luc Bertrand
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bertrand has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2000. He has served on our Board of Directors since 1992. Mr. Bertrand served as Vice-Chairman of our Board of Directors from 1996 to 1997 and as Chairman from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Bertrand is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of MCeX. In addition, he serves on the Boards of Directors of CDCC, BOX, the International Financial Centre of Montreal, Market Regulation Services Inc. and the Securities Industry Advisory Council. Mr. Bertrand also serves on the Executive Committee of BOX. From 1996 to 2002, he served as Governor of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund and served as Vice-Chairman of the Board from 1998 to 1999. He also served as Governor of the Canadian Securities Institute. A participant in the securities industry for over 25 years, Mr. Bertrand has held various management positions in the securities industry throughout his career.

Stéphane Bilodeau
Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer
Stéphane Bilodeau joined the Montréal Exchange on November 19, 2007 as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for MX's three business units that is, Financial Markets, Information Technology Solutions and Clearing. He came to the MX from an international information technology services firm, DMR Consulting, a Fujitsu company, where he has been, over a period of 12 years, a senior executive responsible for general management, corporate strategy and business development. Before 1995, he assumed various positions in the information technology sector, namely at Icotech, Mouvement Desjardins and National Bank of Canada. Mr. Bilodeau holds an MBA from HEC Montréal (1995) and has also graduated from the Harvard Business School of Boston (Advanced Management Program, 2007).

Alain Miquelon
Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategic Development
Alain Miquelon joined the Montréal Exchange on August 6, 2007 as Executive Vice-President, Head of Strategic Development. Since October 1, 2007, he also assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer. He also acts as Secretary for the MX's Joint Audit Committee. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Miquelon served as COO and Executive Vice-President Corporate Development and CFO at Mediagrif Technologies, a B2B internet-based services company headquartered in Montréal. Before 2000, he held a succession of financial management positions with Memotec Communications, ScotiaMcLeod’s Investment Banking Division and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Miquelon is a Chartered Accountant who was educated at HEC Montréal and INSEAD, France, where he earned an MBA.
